CONGRATULATIONS

Both Steph Cronin and Ann Glen recently competed with distinction at Interstate Carnival. Among their performances, Steph won the Open Board and Ann won the Open/U19 Swim.  Congratulations girls and hopefully you will both be better from the experience.  

Corey Jones & Rebecca Creedy have continued with solid performances in recent rounds of the KNG Series.  In Newcastle Corey finished 6th and Rebecca 9th while they came 7th and 10th respectively in Perth.  There are still another 2 races in the series, both on the Sunshine Coast over the following weekends:

• Sun 12th Feb - Coolum
• Sun 19th Feb - Noosa

We hope to see many members supporting at the local rounds. If you can't make the races, check your local guides for television coverage.

GENERAL FITNESS SESSIONS

All interested members are welcome to attend the fitness sessions being held at Kings Beach Tuesday's at 4:30pm and Thursdays at 5:30pm. These sessions are aimed at all levels of fitness, and any age group, so why not come along and enjoy the fun.
