BLUE CARD INFORMATION

In instances where a member resides more than 50km from the Club or has a disability that affects his or her mobility, a prescribed person can sight their identification. If this applies, please complete the “Identification verification by a prescribed person” form, have this signed off by the prescribed persons as listed on the form and return this together with your application/ renewal form to the club office for logging and forwarding onto SLSQ.

Please do not return your forms to the Commission directly.

The latest versions of all forms relating to Blue cards can found on the download sections of the Lifesaving & Training and Nippers pages. Please do not use any older versions as these will not be accepted by the Commission.

AGE MANAGER / OBSERVER AWARD.

If you are interested in completing this award please register with the office by 20th August.

OFFICIALS COURSE

If you are interested in becoming an official for the club there is a course being held at Sunshine Coast Branch on the 25 August 6:00pm - 10:00pm. You must have a current Blue card and be a financial member of the club. Please contact the office if your interested by the 12 August.

WORKING BEE FOR NIPPERS BBQ AREA.

There will be a working be to clean up the Nipper BBQ area on Sunday 12th September from 1.00pm.

DATES FOR NIPPER SIGN ON FOR THE 2010-2011 SEASON.

Sunday 29th August and Sunday 12th September 2010 8.00am to 12.00pm at the Senior Clubhouse.

Nippers will commence on Sunday 19th September.

New Nipper members are reminded that they must provide proof of date of birth.

Nipper parents are reminded that children who have not had their memberships, pool swims or run swim runs processed CANNOT attend nipper activities until these requirements are fulfilled.

Parents/Guardians who do not hold a current blue card are requested to complete the appropriate Blue Card form which can also be downloaded from the bottom of this page.

Nipper memberships will be closed on 31st October 2010 or when our cap is reached whichever is first.
