GENERAL FITNESS SESSIONS updated Tues 31st Jan

Molly's fitness sessions will be recommencing this Thursday 2nd January, so if you have piled on the kilos will all the xmas pud or are just interested in joining in please head on down to Kings Beach.

Tuesday's at 4:30pm and Thursdays at 5:30pm. These sessions are aimed at all levels of fitness, and any age group, so why not come along and enjoy the fun.

RED CROSS BLOOD SERVICE'S ANNUAL SURF CLUB CHALLENGE

We have once again registered for the annual challenge to see which club on the Sunshine Coast can register the most blood donations.

If you, your family or friends make blood donations please ask them to register their donation against our club to be in the running for the Lifesavers Shield.
